can I take birth control pill to make my period come sooner?

I am getting the birth control bar this Friday and need my period that day, if I take the pill (I have some left over pills) for a couple days and the stop will my period come that week? Thanks!

+ haven't been on the pill for years.

I doubt it? I'm not sure, but it doesn't sound like a good idea anyway. Maybe reschedule the appointment if you need to be on your period.

Actually, it can throw it off. I was a swimmer when I was younger and got my period EVERY championship meet (two per year/one per season) and periods and knee skin suits don't mix (think of those suits they wear in the olympics). I couldn't do tampons in the suit because the suit took thirty minutes to put on and changing it wasn't an option. I took just three days of pills and my period came after the meet.
