pedialyte for adults?

I've been having a bad migraine today, and my friend said try drinking Pedialyte, you might be dehydrated..
Any opinions? If so how much could I drink?

For migraines try drinking somethig with caffeine. Migraine over the counter meds often contain caffeine as well and can do wonders. For electrolytes, Propel is great. Hope you feel better soon from a fellow sufferer!

I get regular migraines with severe vertigo, nausea, photophobia, and auras. V8 works best for me, but I'll also drink pedialyte or coconut water, or just a ton of plain water. At that point it's whatever is easiest to get to.

Migraines aren't always from dehydration, at least for me they never are. That and sugar is a huge trigger for me, and I'm pretty sure pedialyte had a ton of it. Just be careful:)
