pregnant dreams

I'm 17 and sometimes I have dreams that I'm pregnant. I'm also a virgin. Or the dream will be that I have a baby already born. Then I wake up sad that's it's not real (not that I'm going to go get pregnant, it was just so wonderful in my dream) and it kills my mood for the rest of the day like I can't stop thinking about it. How do I make it stoppppp😩
