I can't poop :(((((((

I had my son vaginally 3 days ago & I have so much gas & I get the poop feeling when I'm standing but I can't push cause it hurts or it'll go away once i sit on the toilet, also the gas is so bad but NEVER comes out it just sits at the inside of my butthole lol. Im so miserable because I tore and these stitches bug! My pee hole burns so bad , what did you ladies who delievered vaginally do to get some relief? I neeeeeed help. Stool softener not working whatsoever.
