ricola not safe during pregnancy ??

Hi has anyone had problems with their pregnancy because of ricola? I took one because I'm coughing like a storm because of my asthma to... they didn't have my inhaler today so I had to wait a night ... just took some honey to help my throat... before that I just took a ricola and just thought about it and googled it and some people say it's not safe at all... I didn't eat it all , I spit it out
