How long did it take for your milk to come in once baby was born?

Mine came in the 3rd day. I was feeding my son sooo often though. Like every :45-1:30. Just kept stimulating and it came in fast and plentiful

I had to have a c section and the second day after, my milk was in. Although it was colostrum starting off, Nurses had me pump while Baby was in the nursery... and there was the golden milk for baby girl!!

Day 3 I got extremely engorged. Day 4 engorgment went away.

5 days exactly even though I never got a full milk supply.  I even got a fever when it happened!
