BFP - when did you believe it was real?

I had two positive first response tests at 11dpo yesterday (AM and PM) and got a bfp on a clearblue digital this morning.🙂  We're so happy and so surprised! Seeing it written on the digital was reassuring, but we still can't believe this is happening. This is my first pregnancy and my doctor wants me to come in Monday to confirm the pregnancy with a blood test. I'm so nervous! If you've been pregnant, how did you handle the first few days of pregnancy? When did you start feeling morning sickness? And when did it start to feel real?

I was almost 6 weeks when I found out because I was scared to test earlier because I was afraid it would be negative. I started feeling nauseous around 3 weeks, and it became real at 10 weeks when we got to hear her heartbeat for the first time.

I knew it was real when I rolled over in bed one night and my boobs hurt like I had gotten punched in the chest. I took two tests the next day and they both came back positive and confirmed what I already knew.

Never had morning sickness. Never had any symptoms so it didn't exactly feel real until I finally started feeling the baby move. Even now sometimes though at 25 weeks I feel like it can't be real.

First few days honestly I forgot I was even pregnant when I would wake up. Morning sickness for me didn't kick in til about week 5 or 6 but everyone's different and it really felt real the first time we saw the baby and heard the heartbeat on the infrasound!❤️
