fertile window with negative ovulation test?

So Glow says I'm in my fertile window, but I took a ovulation test and it came out negative. I tested this morning, should I test later today?

Answer

Your fertile window is just a guesstimate. I usually started testing about 4 days prior to when Glow said I was fertile until after I got my positive OPK test, which was sometimes after my fertile window according to Glow. You should realistically be texting for a week or more to make sure you don't miss your surge.
