teething????

my LO lovessssss to chew and suck her hands she gets frustrated when she cant fit the whole thing in her mouth , she slobs so much & is continuously making spit bubbles could she be teething? she is 11 weeks old

Mine is also 11 weeks old and I'm convinced that's what it is! Everything he does indicates he's teething! Hoping it gets better and not worse!

I've been wondering the same thing...mine is 11 weeks, and does everything in her power to get that whole fist inside her mounts...lol. It could be teething, but it's also a major developmental thing. Putting things in their mouth is how they discover the world, and investigate the things around them!

My little one is the same way he is 14 weeks and chews on his hand all the time!

My baby girl is doing the same thing. Everything that I have read has said it's common for this age and one of babies best ways of comforting themselves. They aren't necessarily teething (although I'm sure some could be at this time). Babies have a strong sucking reflex and they are attempting to comfort themselves by sucking on their fists and fingers.

Always sucking on her hands. I thought the same thing. She also had a temperature of 99.4 the other day so idk. She tries the eat her hand and gags herself
