I don't really know how to explain this but I'm looking for tips on how to space feedings longer. Formula fed, My little guy is in the 95 percentile, he likes to eat every 2 hours (4 oz) but sometimes he will take an extra 2 and that still don't hold him off longer. Also sometimes he will be hungry in 1.5 hours after eating 4 oz. I try to change him, offer nook, play with him to space it out longer cuz I just don't think he's that hungry after he just ate but he ultimately wants his bottle and he spits up a lot so I know he over eats. I always end up giving him his bottle after a couple minutes because I'm never exactly sure if he truly is hungry. Idk my pedi kinda told me to watch his calorie intake and I told her the situation but she didn't offer any tips or anything so I'm not sure if I should just continue what I'm doing or try harder to space his feedings out?
