W T F 😒

Ok so I haven't had a period since November a week before thanksgiving . Sum spotting in January around the 19 & the 25 . I've taken pregnancy test after pregnancy test and there all coming up negative . I seen the doctor at the beginning of January and she said everything came back normal pap and all STD test . I have no clue why this is the way it is ! Never had this issue before . HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!
