hcg help

Bloodwork last Thursday was 192. Yesterday's came back 4123. Progesterone went from 10.35 to 14.11. I'm having spotting/bleeding currently, going in for an ultrasound. Are those hcg levels a good increase? Is that a sign something's wrong? Help 😫😫
