body is acting weird TMI PIC

I have cramps Almost constantly ... I have no bumps or lesions , no swelling, no smell , no itching, sex doesn't hurt ... but really weird dishcharge ... it's white when I check with my finger and almost stringy and clumpy like ovulation cm but it's lotiony at the same time ... when I wipe on toilet paper it almost has a green or orange tinge to it . Ive been checked by a doctor a little over a week ago and he said my cervix looks fine and I don't have a yeast infection... my urine sample came back negative for culture and for stds,., I've been tested for stds over and over again in the past 2 months both through urine sample and swab and they always come up clean . I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years and neither of us have slept with anyone else in thy time. I feel like I have to pee a lot and my cramps are in my back mostly . I feel nauseas off and on but it's not pregnancy as I had already got my period this month and haven't even had a chance to ovulate yet  and I was tested both urine and blood last cycle and it was negative. I went to the doctors and got an entire pelvic and abdominal ultrasound and she spent a lot of time on my liver and also I saw on the report something about my right ovary . I'm still waiting on the results . I also got bloodwork done and had my hormones checked . I'm also waiting on those results . She thinks it could be pcos and that's why she sent me for those tests ... I agree I could have that but my body is also showing signs of some sort of infection and it's really annoying me as all tests come back perfectly fine . Idk what to do at this point .
