Just take it a little at a time to see how much of it you can take before going balls deep. In the beginning of my pregnancy I couldn't stand the thoughts of swallowing it made me gag but the further along I got the less nauses I was and we tried it and I was fine. Don't think too much on swallowing and just let it happen.
