I am about to lose it.. PLEASE help me

Hi, everyone! Well, on January 4th, I got fingered by my boyfriend. He didn't jerk off, but I'm scared he might of touched his penis before fingering me and possibly had some pre ejaculate on his fingers. I was supposed to START my period yesterday. I didn't get it!! I got cramps, my breast are tender, and today I was spotting. Then no blood afterwards. Very bad cramps though. What does this mean?! Could I be pregnant?!  PLS help.. Thank you
