sex after csection-whose done it?!

I have been cleared to have sex at the 8 week mark (Valentine's day!) and let's just say my husband is counting down the minutes--me? I'm nervous! For those who have done it, how is sex after a csection? I am sure it's different for us as I had no tear or pushing during birth. Thanks!

I cheated and didn't wait for my 6 week check up lol, everything was great no complaints.

We tried at 8 weeks twice and it hurt so bad I couldn't go though with it! The second time wasn't as bad, so I'm hoping it will get better with time, but omg! It sucks!

It's been 10 weeks and my husband has been sick for a while so it's been a no go since then. I'm hoping third time is a charm coz wow do I miss him and sex! Lol

It's more the breastfeeding aspect - that makes you dry so it hurts like hell - not the c section incision. Just had our 3rd session today at 10 weeks and it's getting better but slowly.

I was cleared at 6 weeks after my c section. I have to admit I was very uncomfortable. I felt like a virgin again. We just had to go very very slow at first and you might want to be in top to be able to control speed and depth. It didn't hurt the entire time but it was a slow start. We thought it was kinda funny though. I kept laughing and saying sorry it just hurts I feel like a virgin again. The hubby was very sweet and understanding, he was just so excited to get some again I think

I cheated as my husband had to leave the country for work and did it 5 weeks postpartum and after that a couple of times. All went great, just take it easy like no weird positions and too much action right away. 😊
