HELP! When and where did your water break?

Hey ladies FTM here! I've had this on my mind a lot lately so I thought I would throw it out there. I work full time and hope to up until our little boy is due in July. The hospital/house is about a 30 minute drive in the middle of the day from my work. I am worried about my water breaking in public or at work 😳. When & where did your water break? How messy  & embarassing was it? Do you think I will be able to drive from work to the hospital?! This may not ease my mind, but will at least inform me! Thank you!

My water broke while I was at home at exactly 39 weeks. Was feeling kind of crummy so I went and laid on the couch. I heard and felt a loud cracking/popping noise and then when I went to get up ten 5 minutes later boom. Huge gush. I was walking around my house with a pad on and a towel in between my legs lol. 
 
But your water breaking naturally actually only happens in about 10% of pregnancies! Which isn't super common.

My waters went at home,  felt the need to pee so sat on the toilet but it was actually my waters that went. It didn't last long and there wasn't that much. Didn't have my lb for a further two days after that xxx

My OB had told me water breaking like in the movies doesn't happen that often.

Mine broke after a cervical check. Fortunately, I was at my OB's office and the historian is across the street.  I was kinda nervous I'd go into labor at work or home and not know.

You could have a trickle and not a full on gush.

They broke my water with my first two but I'm nervous as well.. I'm a cop and have several court days lined up for March and due in march lol... please lord don't let my water break while under oath.. lol

I was induced. But I was sitting on a birthing ball and my water broke on its own. And my water kept gushing out throughout my entire labor. It was alot alot of fluid lol. I definitely kept having to change the towels under me and the bedding. Also my contractions went from 0-100 almost immediately as soon as my water broke. But all women are different

My water broke at 38 weeks exactly with my first. I had just gotten out of the shower and bent down to dry my toes. After I dried myself it wouldn't stop so that's when I realized it was my water. I had to use a towel lol a pad just wasn't doing it.

My first broke at 9pm when I had been asleep for 30 min. I woke up to pee went back to bees and had an urge again. It was my water the second time. I put on a pad changed my pants and went in. My other to my ob broke at the hospital
