Am I being too sensitive?

Today I found out we are expecting our 2nd. I told only close friends and family and only two or three of them said congrats. My mom told me it's weird and that I shouldnt be able to get pregnant if I didn't get my period. My sister just said "lmfao good luck" and the rest were just like wow. Idk it's putting me down and I don't even feel excited anymore.
