Weight Loss tips?
Hey guys! I have PCOS (Its a condition that causes high levels of testosterone and very low levels of progesterone, the hormone female bodies must produce in order to have regular periods, fertility, and protection from infection and cancer in the uterus and ovaries.) Anyway, my doctor says a key factor is my weight and I need to lose at least 10% of my weight (280lbs) and get my hormone levels normal so I can be safe from uterine cancer and other infections. I have been working out at the YMCA and cutting back alot on my eating habits but I am feeling a little discouraged and kind of stuck. Does anyone have any specific diet or workout tips to help me lose the weight? The end goal here is to get pregnant and have a healthy baby and a healthy me. The weight is the first thing I need to work on. Please send help! Thanks lovelies! 💝
