help 14 y/o and needs advice on baby hairs

I'm 14 and I had an extreme case of baby hairs all throughout my face and neck. I would shave my mustache from time to time that wasn't a problem. but I would always have sideburn baby hairs (that's what people tell me)and I didn't like it so I shaved it but it doesn't look good and I want to fix it. Any help or any other ways I can get rid of the hairs.
