Should i tell my crush i like him?

Okay so i like this guy and my friends think he likes me but i think he likes someone else. Neither of us are allowed to date, we are both turning 16 soon. Hes birthday is in a few weeks, mine is in april. Alot of people have been telling me to, but im honestly scared. Like what do i say? What if he stops being friends with me? I mean we are close now and i dont want to lose that. What do u guys think?

Does he act like he likes you? Losing a good friend can suck (especially if they don't like you back) so I would assess those clues. Generally, if he's texting you first, always wanting to hang out with you, flirting with you, standing/sitting close to you, touching you, teasing you (like tickling you or playing with your hair), those are all good signs. 
If it seems like he's also interested, I would say, "Hey, I think I might like you as more than a friend." 
As far as not being allowed to date, (I may not be the best person to give advice on this lol because I'm 16 and my parents were always really cool about me dating) I would ask your parents about it again maybe? And maybe they can meet your guy friend.

If you do, do t do it around his friends. I made that mistake and his friends ended up teasing him and we stopped talking. After I told him it was a dare and I'm sorry, we started talking again. I said that infront of his friends too. So they left him alone about it. Just don't ever do it when his possie is around. Oh and he still flirted with me after all was said and done.
