going back to work

I start work in two weeks. Only part time, 2 evenings a week or so. I'll be gone for about 6 hours during the evening. I exclusively BF and I will have pumped breast milk for my husband to give our son but I'm worried because during the evening my son seems to want to nurse to help him sleep, comfort, etc. He has refused a pacifier so he won't take one and he at times will suck on his fist but usually when he starts doing that he just wants to nurse. I'm nervous that he'll just want to nurse while I'm gone and my husband won't know what to do. Any advice?
