TMI: Masterbation during 1st trimester safe or no?

I have read that sex is fine throughout sex, but then have not been able to find anything concrete on Masterbation. I'm 6w3d and finally caved and masterbated in the shower. I'm just worried now. I'm pregnant with my first baby and I'm so scared of miscarrying.

It is yes but I did ivf and they tell you no orgasms until the second trimester. For a normal person it's fine but in ivf they tell you not to. Orgasm causes the uterus to contract so that's why they tell you not to.

Sex and masturbation is fine. Orgasms may cause Braxton Hicks contractions later in pregnancy, which is also fine just a little uncomfortable.
