Spotting

I am 9 weeks and 5 days and I started to spot after intercourse and i'm extremely worried and stressed, which may have something to do w it I think. I'm going to the doctor in the morning i know it's common I'm just hoping it's nothing serious. I did have slight cramps . My mind is racing. Positive vibes.
