Scared and Nervous

I am now of 12am today 34weeks and 5days. I'm already dialated 2-3 cm from yesterday which I'm pretty sure I'm up to 3-4 cm by now I've lost my mucus plug over the last 3 days and I'm slowly leaking amniotic fluid and I'm now having contractions..... I've tried timing them  but every time they get consistent the time changes. I'm scared and nervous that my lil boy is coming so early, me and my SO r in the process of packing and had to pack the rest of everything today because we r pretty sure that within the next day or two our boy will b here. I've started my bloody show about 4 hours ago and contractions have felt stronger. I've already went to the hospital yesterday, and I'm prepared to go back kinda. But I just dnt know wat to do at this point..smh
