Smelly vagina

I have a weird smell in my vagina I can't go even a day without washing or it smells fishy and really sticky all the time I'v never had sex but I wash like they say and use a Ph balancer wash from Walmart but nothing seems to work and it's sort of a strong odor I can be sitting down and have to keep my legs closed or you can smell it I'm not sure if I should go to the doctor or if I'm just crazy cause sometimes it will go away and I will be fine for a week or two then its right back what do I do please help
