abortion or not! no judging please!

I am currently 28days late., when I was 5 days late I took a test and it said not pregnant so I assumed I wasn't. So as time went by no sign of period,.so I took another test when I was 23 days late and it said I was 2-3 weeks pregnant.,but my last period was 13 December so I should be 8 weeks pregnant?? Also am unsure to have the baby or not I have a child already and not sure am I ready for another one!
