How many of you get sick and tired of your SO constantly bringing up their ex's? Even just when they talk bad about them, it makes me so mad because the fact that they are even thinking about them.

Nope cause my boyfriend and I do the same it doesn't mean we want our ex's back it's just things tend to happen that remind us of when it happened with our ex's it's called a memory. Whether it happens on accident or it was meant to be said.

If you have enough trust and love in the relationship you shouldn't get jealous when an ex is brought up if it's just a memory, or talking about how much they hate their ex.

Talking like they want them back, now that's a different story.

Comparing you to his/her ex can either be a good thing or a bad thing too. Like if they compared their ex treating them better than you do, or they did things a certain way that they like. that's bad. But if they compare you to treating them better than their ex ever did that's good, take it as a compliment

It depends on how long you've been together. If you're kinda new to the relationship like a few months, then that's normal for them to talk about an ex a little. But if it's bothering you just say something, they may not realize that it's bothing you

My boyfriend has never talked about his exs much unless I asked something or he told me a funny story that fit into our conversation. For example the other day I asked him to pick me up ibuprofren on his way home and he told me a story about his ex girlfriend being dramatic and claiming she was going to kill herself with like 11 ibuprofren, so he grabbed all 11 of them from her and took them himself 😂 but really if he was talking about them as if he was hung up on them, I would be upset. But if hes just friends with them or the subject about them is harmless I wouldnt mind much

If he talks about her a lot he's thinking about her which most often means he's not over her. If they broke up recently I wouldn't trust that.
