HELP! BFN but still pregnant?!?!?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Has anyone ever gotten negative urine and blood tests and still been pregnant?! I've had every textbook sign and symptom except sore breasts. I'm currently 12 days late with AF. I've taken several HPTs over the last 2 weeks and all were BFN. 😩 I had a GYN appt on the 9th and she checked my cervix. She said my cervix was high and possibly enlarged. She said she thought I was pregnant and did a qualitative HCG which came back negative. She ordered an ultrasound which I go to on the 15th. In the meantime I am going crazy. I don't know if I should be happy and excited that I may still be pregnant or if something is wrong down there 😟.

ugh I'm going through something similar. my body started acting pregnant out of nowhere and I just tried to pay no attention to the signs cuz I was like no! can't be I JUST had a period! it wasn't until after that period that everything started to happen. I do have the sore enlarged breasts which I found odd cuz that's not one of my PMS symptoms. I've been sick every morning. tired and faint. hungry but everything makes me nauseous. only lollipops help. feeling super emotional and NOW feeling super anxious cuz every test has been a BFN 😭😭 I'm not tripping if I'm not pregnant. I'm not actively TTC so this was outside the plan if I am. but if I'm not I just want to STOP FEELING PREGNANT cuz it's getting irritating feeling sick and not  being able to point to why! btw I did go to the doctor 11/02 and physical exam was normal. all blood work normal (except a pregnancy test I didn't ask for one) so I just don't know what is wrong!! 😭😭😭😭😭

Ive heard of it happening to a bunch of women. Even one who was MONTHS along in her pregnancy. Sometimes an ultra sound is the only way to know for sure.

After a supposedly failed cycle (dr said I didn't ovulate) I'm now waiting on af to show so I can see my dr about starting my first round of clomid. I'm now 4 days late, every test has been negative. I had cramps similar to af that only lasted an hour after that...nothing. I want to call my dr but I feel as if maybe I need to wait a few more days. So I'm sort of in the same boat lol.
