Paragaurd cramps, lasting to long??

I've had paragaurd for just over 3 months now, and I am still having THE WORST cramps during my period. I am worried that something is wrong, that the cramps should have settled down by now. They are also totally different from cramps I had before. They come absolutely out of the blue REALLY intense, and I can do nothing but crumple to the floor and lay there til they subside into a full ache, after about 5-10 min. They the stabbing intensity returns ever 10-15 min.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Should I be worried that it still hurts so much?

I'm also having spotting before period, and a much longer and SO MUCH heavier period than before the IUD.

Help, advise, commiserate??..
