baby's dad questions all my decisions

My bf is working full time while I stay home with our (2 1/2 week old) baby. He questions every decision I make during the day and is very judgmental and even gets kind of nasty with me about things regarding our baby. It's like he doesn't trust my decisions. He's never been like this with me before. I'm responsible and down to earth and research everything to death before making decisions regarding her and he knows this - he's even made fun of me for how much I research things before making decisions. I think it had to do with the fact that he wishes he could be home more so he's trying to compensate by trying to preside over my parenting. Anyone else in a situation like this? Up until she was born we were on the same page and worked great together - he trusted my decisions, no questions asked. Is this normal for new parents to go through? He's driving me nuts and I'm hoping it's a phase that'll pass once we settle into parenting a little more. If it doesn't, we have a rough road ahead of us.
