Hip pain from sleeping on my sides - advice/suggestions
I am 18 weeks pregnant and I always slept on my back but have been trying to sleep on my sides for the last 3 weeks. I sleep with the snoogle but I started having really bad pain hip pains from sleeping on my sides the last 3-4 nights . Advice/suggestions are welcomed!
