I'm going crazy-- twins?
Hi everyone!! We had our first ultrasound on Friday (I was 6 weeks and 5 days). I went in early because I had REALLY high levels of hCG and progesterone, which may have indicated multiples. During the ultrasound the technician said she only saw one baby and then the yolk sack above it, but I'm wondering if there's a possibility that she just thought it was a yolk sack and it was actually another baby at a different angle? The more I look at the picture the more I get in my head... I'm not sure if I'm just going crazy or not, but i have a really weird gut feeling they missed one and I'm having twins. Did anyone else's ultrasounds look like mine at 6/7 weeks? 
The other weird thing is, right where the babies heartbeat was, there are two little white dots (we could see the heart blinking between those) but if you look at the "yolk sack" there's also the same two white dots... we weren't even looking at that closely.
