Valentine's Day gift for boyfriend!!

I can't seem to figure out what to get for my SO. I'll be 13 weeks pregnant tomorrow and want to include the baby in some way. I thought of maybe getting a onesie with some cute and smart little saying on it but I have no idea and we don't know the gender yet. Can anyone give me ideas please. I can't think with this pregnancy brain.
