Hospital Question

Do you necessarily HAVE to deliver at the hospital your doctor works at? I found the perfect hospital but my doctor doesn't deliver there and I don't want to go anywhere else. I'm gonna ask him if he'd consider delivering me at the hospital of my choice but if not, is it necessary for me to change doctors? I'm 28 weeks btw. I really don't want to switch but the hospital(s) he deliver at don't offer what I'm looking for and the one that does is closer to my house .
