Help! I need to know if this is normal!!

I've wanted to ask this question for quite awhile but I was never really brave enough. Does anyone else ever create a story or scene for when they have some "alone time"? And kinda act out a scene in your head? It's the only way I can ever reach an orgasm. I don't know if its because I'm a writer and have to have a story around everywhere or if anyone else ever does this. Please let me know if you do or have hear of it being a thing!!
