Is it weird that I'm super scared of having sex?

I'm 20, my boyfriend of 4 years wants to have sex and so do I but i'm so terrified of getting pregnant. Even when we first started dating and we would rub against each other like awkward teenagers (lol) that would freak me out. Should I really be that worried? I want to do it but i'm seriously just so scared of getting pregnant, even condoms being 99% effective i'm scared of ending up in the 1%.
