ovulating? how do you know when?

Okay so we didn't get a BFP last time we tried AF came 2/10 when it was due 1/30. But it was weird there were big clumps of blood when I got it. Could it have been a MC? On a side note we are trying again. I ordered my seven sea trying to conceive pills, and also got pre-seed. Hopefully this all helps and it sticks. But i'm having a hard time trying to figure out when will I be ovulating. I just finished my period today. Well spotting. So how many days should I expect to ovulate after? Help please 😩
