Tea??

Question

When did you guys start your raspberry leaf tea? I want to start now, at 22 weeks, but not a lit. Maybe 1 cup a week and work my way uo. Anyone else?

Please don't tell me it'll start labor. It doesnt. It's not designed for that. I just want opinions on when you started

I started with the "pregnancy tea" which has red raspberry leaf tea in it, around 8 weeks pretty much daily. I just started the red raspberry leaf tea in the last few weeks and I'm 36 weeks. I've heard awesome things about how it strengthens the uterus and helps bring it back to the normal size quicker after delivery. 
In my prenatal classes they've been handing out the red raspberry leaf tea since the beginning so I'm sure it's safe that early.

I started drinking it before I got preggo. The rule of thumb is one cup for every trimester. Since you're in your second- start with one cup a day for a week or so and up it to two.

I started around 37-38 weeks I was only in labor 4.5 hours I drunk about 2-3 cups a day

I started at 34 weeks, drinking 2 cups a day, It helps shorten labour, prepares your uterus for labour and helps make pushes more effective😍

I started around 30 weeks but my doc said I could have drank it from the start. I can't say if it helps with labor because I had my son at 34+1 by emergency c section. I will suggest to guy bulk to save money. Bulk is loose leaf and I think tastes slightly different but you'll save money.
