I need positive stories... I feel so sad!!

I have PCOS no cysts, good blood tests, but irregular periods and excess body hair...

I've been trying for a year + now. This month first time on Progesterone (instead of Provera) then doing HSG test, if clear I start Metformin. I feel like I'll never be pregnant... just need some good success stories. Please comment your story please no rudeness I'm just sad tonight.
