worst valentines ever

So my bf and I have been together for almost 2 years I am currently pregnant with our fist baby I'm 17 weeks . Last week he mentioned getting married and picking out a 200 ring . Then tonight he back tracks and says he feeling pressured from everyone his family and my mom so now he doesn't want to . However he has done this a few times and every time he mentions it I get all excited only to be let down. Granite I have talked about it a lot he fist mentioned it when we first got together but now I just feel like he doesn't want to . I want to marry him, he is the love of my life and my very best friend but now I'm just sad I feel as if he doesn't want to marry me.
