possible Down syndrome...

I just went for an ultrasound at 13 weeks. Here was a bubble on back of baby's neck almost measuring 5 when it's supposed to be 1.77. I'm so upset and scared that the baby has something wrong. Has anyone gone through this and baby was ok? What was your outcome?? I'm a first time mom so this is just alarming to me...
