labour and delivery gown

What are people's opinion on this? I have been seriously considering getting one. First, to feel a bit more comfortable. Second, I am plus sized, so I'm a bit worried about the fit of a hospital gown. I just am not sure I want to pay $50+ for this item. Has anyone else bought/used one? If so, where did you get it? For what cost? Did you think it was worth it, why/why not?
