Leap, Sleep Regression, Growth Spurt
Ok so I know what sleep regression and growth spurts are. But I've been seeing other moms talking about their babies going through "leap 1" "leap 4" etc etc. WHAT IS A LEAP?? Is this somehow tied in with growth spurts or sleep regression. I have 3 kids and I've never heard that term before. Can someone explain?
