contractions at 31 wks

I was having incredibly painful contractions almost all day today. They'd be 20 minutes apart, and then like 10 and then about 3 but they didn't stay consistently the same time apart so I didn't need to go to L&D but I do have an emergency appointment tomorrow with my OB to make sure everything is okay. But, is there a way to log actual contractions on the app and not Braxton Hicks, or should I just log them as Braxton Hicks with over 8 an hour??
