UPDATE* Is he an asshole or am I over reacting?

I'm sitting in th hospital bc I fell down on my stomach playing with my step daughter outside.. I hadn't felt movement since.. They're keeping me over night and I'm pretty stressed about it. My doctor won't be here until the morning & still not much movement. My SO left to get his contacts & im pretty sure he isn't coming back...I asked him to bring food back, but he's texting me about how tired he is.. should I be upset for him not coming back and leaving me here alone?
