1. You should not be having sex until cleared by a doctor. It can cause infection or even hemorrhage if you arent closed up all the way.

2. You are EXTREMELY fertile after birth. Yes even before your period comes and yes even if you breastfeed.

3. Pull out method is not an effective form of birth control. Invest in some condoms.

Pretty sure you're suppose to be cleared by your doc before having sex after giving birth, but yes. My brother and his wife it pregnant via the pull out method.
