What are your opinions on growth spurts mommas? My baby is the best baby he literally only crys when he dirty or hungry but the last few might have been hell. Three nights ago he slept through the entire night which has happened a few times now. He's currently 6 weeks old. But the night before last he woke up more times then he's ever woken up. Then last night he woke up screaming. My husband got up made him a 4oz bottle which is what he usually drinks and he wanted more. My sister watches him while we work and she said he ate 7 oz at one point. This morning he ate 6 then he ate 2 more about half an hour later. I'm thinking he hit a growth spurt. I've read babies get them at 6 weeks old. Have any other moms experienced growth spurts or could there be something else wrong. He's using the bathroom normal, has no fever, and other than seeming like he's starving and not sleeping well he's happy and talking and laughing. Its just weird cause he's always been such a good sleeper and honestly the way he was crying when my husband was getting his bottle last night was a cry I haven't heard since he was a brand new baby. He never cried like that.
