nicu momma to the strongest baby girl πŸ˜ŒπŸ’—πŸ’•

Adela β€’ mommy of a beautiful one year old & one on the way πŸ’•πŸ‘ΆπŸ»
Two days after my daughter was born we got to take her home, for less than four hours before we found ourself at the emergency room due to high temps. My baby girl got poked and poked so they could run test and we ended up staying at the hospital two days without knowing what was wrong, that's when they sent us to Children's hospital to the NICU, where they found out she had a virus in her spinal fluid that ended up throughput her body causing her lungs and liver to start failing, they also said it would affect her brain if she lived. 11 days later of treatment later everything is recovering faster than normal and her brain had zero affect, proven by MRI. She went from having to be on 100% oxygen and is currently at 23%. She has a full recovery ahead, and is yet to be one of the most spoiled little girls ever, there's so many people waiting to meet this little fighter πŸ’•β˜ΊοΈ God is so good, and my little girl is such a warrior, I'm such a proud mom.
I would appreciate if you didn't ask what virus it was, it's a touchy subject and being a first time young mom just makes it that much harder.
