premature labor vs cramping and baby growing

Hi ladies im only 23 weeks pregnant and yesterday I had a regular doctor appointment and she really didn't ask me any question but I talk to her about travling and she said it was okay because I'm not showing any sign of premature labor but she really didn't ask me anything, I made a comment how my pelvis hurts because I feel like it my way of my body making room for the baby and growing in very small and not showing that much for being 23 weeks pregnant but every other day my lower back and pelvis hurts  I don't want to worry I'm so in ranting but just need opinion
